RICHARD T. HERMAN is the principal of the firm. Mr. Herman earned his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and is admitted to the Ohio Bar, the U.S. Federal District Court, North District of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Herman speaks Russian and has practiced U.S. & Canadian immigration law while living in Moscow, Russia. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Associations, Cleveland International Lawyers' Group, Ohio Hispanic Bar Associates, the Ohio Hispanic Business Associates, the National Arab American Business Associates, and the American Nationalities Movement. Mr. Herman has been honored by Cleveland Mayor Michael White and Ohio Governor Bob Taft for his service to immigrants. Mr. Herman is proud to serve as Immigration Counsel to the Cleveland Browns and other NFL Franchises. |
